What is FLP Tours?

This App guides users through tours or field trips. It imports content (text, pictures and sound) created by guides (teachers, lecturers) that are linked to GPS locations and displayed on a map.

The App uses the phone's GPS to direct users to locations and alert them on arrival. The phone compass is used to orientate users.

What data is stored on the device?

FLP Tours uses the GPS location from your device but no data is stored or transmitted from the device.

What data is transmitted to researchers?

No data is stored on the device or transmitted from the device.

Does FLP Tours collect usage statistics or analytics?

No.

How will you protect my data

No data is stored on the device or transmitted from the device.

Does FLP Tours access third-party content?

The app contains links to websites. If you click on a link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by the app provider. Therefore, we would advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites.

What permissions does FLP Tours need?

The app requires permission to access certain features of your device for its functionality. The permissions required along with the reason are described below:

• GPS location : The app requires access to your GPS location to make content active when you arrive at a specified location and to tell you how far to the next location.
• Compass : The app requires access to your compass in order for you to look in the right direction to see things referred to in the app content.
